Using this site
This site lets you browse our builds, request a drop-off, send us a message, and shop for parts and merchandise. By using it, you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle details when you submit a form or place an order, and to use the site lawfully.
Drop-off requests
Submitting a drop-off request holds your place for us to call or text and confirm — it is not a scheduled appointment until we've confirmed it with you directly. Timelines given before that confirmation are estimates.
Shop orders and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. When you place an order, your card is charged at checkout through our payment processor, and applicable sales tax and shipping are added at that time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund you if we do.
Shipping and pickup
We ship within the United States. Orders ship after payment clears, and delivery times depend on the carrier. Where in-store pickup is offered, we'll let you know when your order is ready.
Returns and refunds
If something isn't right with an order, contact the shop and we'll work it out. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method. Custom-fabricated and made-to-order items may not be returnable once work has begun — we'll always talk through the specifics with you.
Estimates and shop work
Anything discussed before a vehicle is on the lift is an estimate, not a fixed quote. We'll review the numbers and scope with you before work starts, and any change in scope may change the price. Performance modifications can affect a vehicle's warranty, emissions compliance, and suitability for street use; you are responsible for how a modified vehicle is used.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
