Turn-Key Motorsport ("we," "us," or "the shop") operates this website and the fabrication and tuning services offered through it. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly. When you request a drop-off, send a message through the contact form, or place an order in the shop, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information (year, make, model, modifications, and goals), shipping address for physical orders, and anything else you choose to tell us about the work you're after.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored on our servers — we keep only limited order details such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the amount, so we can service your order and issue refunds. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and confirm drop-offs, respond to inquiries, process and fulfill shop orders, send confirmations and receipts, arrange shipping, calculate applicable sales tax, and follow up about your build or purchase. We may also keep records required for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes.
How we share it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the providers that help us run the shop and this site — our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider (Resend), our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), and shipping carriers for physical orders — and only to the extent each needs it to perform that service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand general traffic; we do not use them to build advertising profiles of you. During checkout, Stripe may set cookies or collect device information to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect checkout.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our business, accounting, warranty, and legal obligations, after which we dispose of it securely.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — call the shop or reach out through the contact page and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're required to keep. If you'd rather not receive follow-up messages, let us know and we'll stop.
Children's privacy
This site and the shop's services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
